Return & Refund Policy

At afashionfusion Global Ltd., we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully before initiating any return request.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Securely package the item with all original tags and accessories
  3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
  4. Ship the package to the address provided with your RMA number

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refunds will include the original purchase price minus any shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error). Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Payment method used
  • Date you initiated the return
  • Shipping tracking number (if applicable)

We will investigate the matter promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.
